Join the Sons and Daughters of Italy for a delightful evening honoring Italian culture at the Italian Heritage Festival. In addition to various stage performances, attendees can enjoy Italian dishes, including a variety of meals, gelato, Italian ice, and special desserts. Among the usual drink selections, guests can opt for an espresso or a cappuccino.
The festival will feature a marketplace with a caricature artist and vendors selling items made in Italy or by Italians! Interested in the meaning of your Italian last name? We have a booth for that. A number of local authors will be available to sign and sell their books, sharing their life stories, ancestral tales, and family recipes. Bring the kids; there will be a coloring book area for their entertainment.
One of the festival's highlights is the participation of various Italian American organizations from the Denver metro area. While these organizations celebrate Italian heritage, each one contributes a unique element of the culture, bringing it to life through language, programs, cooking classes, games, and more. Below is a list of the organizations participating in the festival. Additionally, other Italian non-profits will also be involved.
